 We are a specialty Firestop Installer Company out of Houston, Texas. Solely focusing on Firestop applications and our motto "on time, the first time" has allowed us to create an excellent reputation for installing the proper UL Tested and Listed Firestop Systems to maintain fire-rated construction, and our ability to deliver projects on time and deficiency free. 

Whilst there are thousands of UL Tested and Listed Firestop Systems, there are always field conditions that are not covered in any of their parameters. Icon Firestopping thrives in these moments, as we employ a wide variety of craftsmen with experience in multiple finishing techniques, coupled with extensive firestop installation training. 

Whether it be substrate repairs or Engineering Judgement acquisition and installations, we tackle each condition while being mindful of the cost and schedule impacts of each option.

This approach has allowed Icon to become one of Texas’ preferred firestop companies with General Contractors, Third-party Inspection Companies and Owner Developers, as well as constantly growing our reputation with the HHSC Inspectors (formally TDADS).
